- Serve as the cornerstone for businesses, offering sage advice on navigating the complex landscape of employment law
- Build and maintain relationships that transform clients into long-term partners
- Assist organizations in developing forward-thinking employment policies that set industry standards
- Share knowledge by contributing to legal education, guiding the next generation of lawyers
- Requirements :
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment law cases
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school in the US
- Active Illinois law license, additional licenses beneficial
- Demonstrated success in managing complex cases and leading a team
- Consistent book of business of at least US$ 500,000
- Package & Benefits :
- Up to US$ 400K per annum (negotiable) + 401K
