ABOUT ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT : Enterprise Management is a full-spectrum consulting and management firm specializing in back-office operations, financial infrastructure, and executive oversight for health and human services organizations. We provide strategic support to affiliated companies through contractual partnerships, optimizing operations and maintaining compliance across multiple industries including behavioral health, primary care, real estate, supportive housing, and food service. Our goal is to relieve mission-driven companies of administrative burden by overseeing financial and operational systems that allow leadership teams to focus on quality care and innovation.

CLASSIFICATION : W-2 employee; full-time salaried

COMPENSATION RANGE : Ranges between $40.00 per hour to $55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications

ANTICIPATED TRAVEL : Up to 20% of the time (interoffice, client, and stakeholder meetings)

Summary of Position Responsibilities

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) serves as the highest-ranking executive and strategic leader of Enterprise Management Solutions, Inc. The CEO is responsible for articulating the company’s vision, ensuring operational excellence, fostering innovation, and driving business growth across all divisions. This role ensures that Enterprise Management delivers on its mission to strengthen health and human services organizations by providing high-quality back-office and consulting services.

The CEO oversees executive leadership, establishes organizational priorities, secures strategic partnerships, and ensures financial sustainability. Additionally, the CEO directly oversees the company’s consulting services provided to external clients as outlined at enterprisemgmtinc.com / business-consulting.

Scheduled Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the vision, mission, and strategic planning process for Enterprise Management and its service divisions
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, funder relationships, and stakeholder engagement efforts
  • Ensure successful execution of contractual obligations with affiliated companies and external clients
  • Supervise executive team members including the COO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, and CMO
  • Represent the organization in high-level public, private, and governmental forums
  • Oversee financial sustainability, revenue strategy, and long-term business development
  • Drive innovation, quality, and expansion of consulting services for business clients (see enterprisemgmtinc.com / business-consulting)
  • Lead new market entry, mergers, acquisitions, and organizational restructuring efforts
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and industry regulations impacting the company or its clients
  • Deliver high-level guidance to support operational efficiency, financial health, and client satisfaction across all service lines
  • Serve as chief liaison to the Board of Directors and provide timely, transparent reporting
  • Foster a high-performing, inclusive organizational culture with a focus on mission impact and accountability

Unscheduled Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as spokesperson in public or crisis situations affecting the organization
  • Negotiate and execute service contracts, MOUs, and major agreements with clients and vendors
  • Engage in legislative or regulatory advocacy aligned with organizational mission
  • Provide executive coaching or direct advisory services to C-suite clients or partner companies
  • Facilitate board development, strategic retreats, or cross-sector initiatives
  • Represent the organization in coalition work, regional planning bodies, or national conferences
  • Corporate Compliance Officer Duties

    Overview : The Corporate Compliance Officer will possess the skills and experience necessary to identify potential issues within Advertising & Marketing. The Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the programs, policies, and practices that ensure compliance with federal, state, local, and accreditation standards.

    The Compliance Officer is expected to remain up to date on laws and regulations that may affect the organization’s policies and procedures. This position requires objectivity, independence from other agency departments, strong attention to detail, and familiarity with investigative protocols and formal reporting practices.

    Accountability : The Corporate Compliance Officer shall be accountable to the CEO and / or Board of Directors.

    Duties : The chief responsibilities of the Compliance Officer include planning, implementing, and monitoring the Corporate Compliance Program. This position is also responsible for coordinating internal and external compliance audit activities and ensuring consistent communication of expectations and results.

    The Corporate Compliance Officer will :

  • Oversee and monitor the implementation of the Corporate Compliance Program
  • Conduct corporate compliance risk assessments
  • Report regularly to the CEO and / or Board of Directors on compliance program progress and assist with developing improvement plans
  • Periodically revise and update the Compliance Program as needed
  • Review and evaluate Standards of Conduct Statements
  • Develop and implement a Compliance Training Plan for all staff
  • Oversee internal compliance review and monitoring activities
  • Investigate complaints and coordinate appropriate action plans with affected departments
  • Develop policies and practices that encourage staff to report suspected fraud or impropriety without fear of retaliation
  • Clearly communicate the objectives of the Compliance Program and track accomplishments
  • Access and review records related to compliance monitoring activities and document findings
  • Maintain a communication log for compliance-related inquiries and reports
  • Compile reports of calls received, investigations conducted, findings made, recommendations issued, actions taken, and progress achieved
  • Establish and communicate available reporting procedures and modes (e.g., email, online reporting tools, voice mail, suggestion box)
  • Conduct periodic interviews with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze program and service utilization patterns for irregularities
  • Conduct unannounced mock surveys, audits, inspections, and investigations to assess staff readiness and identify areas for corrective action
  • Reevaluate previously identified deficiencies to confirm implementation of improvements
  • Present written compliance evaluations and reports to the Compliance Committee, CEO, and / or Board of Directors at least annually

  • Education / Training / Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Healthcare, or related field (required); doctorate preferred
  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience, with 5+ years as CEO, President, or Executive Director
  • Demonstrated track record of organizational growth, consulting service delivery, and executive management
  • Experience serving complex, multi-site, or multi-industry environments
