Head of Sales Development at Virio
Location : San Francisco (in-office) Compensation : $250k-$310k TC

What You’ll Do
- Own the outbound machine – Design and run the entire top-of-funnel system : targeting, messaging, automation, and execution across email, , and events.
- Carry a quota – Personally source and close strategic opportunities alongside founders and AEs.
- Lead BDRs – Train and manage a small team of high-output BDRs, ensuring they exceed pipeline goals.
- Build scalable playbooks – Systematize prospecting, outreach, and meeting booking processes that can scale 10x.
- Partner with Growth & Marketing – Align outbound campaigns with paid, content, and event channels to maximize conversion.
- Run experiments fast – Test messaging, cadences, and automation stacks (Clay, Apollo, HubSpot, n8n) to continuously improve output.
- Lead from the front – Be the most active rep on the floor, showing the team what elite outbound looks like.
- Coach constantly – Build a culture of speed, accountability, and experimentation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally – Work closely with the CEO, Head of Growth, and Head of Marketing to align on GTM strategy and execution.
