This position provides functional expertise on moderately complex computer applications and may lead project teams. Responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, creating documentation, and supporting internal and external workflows from purchase to payment. The role involves banking and settlement reconciliation, payment type management, and oversight of system reporting and notifications. It serves as a liaison between technical teams and operations, ensuring optimal application performance and user support.
