We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst to ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible to provide end to end solutions using ServiceNow and ServiceNow products.

  • You will work with business and technical stakeholders to identify their business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions / approaches.
  • Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing and launching our ServiceNow solution.
  • Performing / interpreting requirement analysis to identify value creation opportunities.
  • Supports testing cycles (Functional, UAT, regression, system integrations) and / or Training / Training Materials.
  • Supports PM with project(s) updates, scheduling, invoicing, etc.
  • Act as a subject matter expertise for the assigned areas / groups and train the new team members.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

  • Partner with key business and technical stakeholders to enhance current solutions and develop new ones.
  • Drive and own end-to-end ServiceNow applications / processes from inception to delivery.
  • Create detailed requirement specifications for enhancements to existing or development of new functionality related to ever evolving ServiceNow.
  • Ensure successful delivery of business automation roadmap and build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide input into and oversight of project definition and solution design for requested new features and operational enhancements for internal systems.
  • Conducts research and interviews subject matter experts to create "As-is" and "To-be" process flows. Applies critical thinking to evaluate cross functional dependencies.
  • Act as the liaison between PM and business stakeholders to manage business priorities, communicate changes in scope or schedule, and call out risks.
  • Identify tasks and work with the application administrators, integration and product development team to estimate delivery of proposed projects / automations.
  • Managing and supporting ServiceNow’s ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM products
  • Prioritize and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with heavy involvement in user acceptance test planning.
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with a cross functional team.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Business or Systems Analyst required.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience developing and configuring ServiceNow modules : ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, etc along with integrating ServiceNow with other systems - Okta, Workday, Salesforce, etc.
  • Experience in supporting ServiceNow’s ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD and CSM products.
  • Experience in managing and enhancing all aspects of ServiceNow such as workflow, user interface (UI), client scripts, business rules, and more, utilizing out-of-the-box functionality as much as possible and only customizing when necessary, preferred.
  • Team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic and flexible, with strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze systems based on business and technical user stories / requirements in order to design solutions that best meet the overall objectives of stakeholders.
  • Ability to strategically analyze and articulate risks, benefits and opportunities associated with a proposed design or solution.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strategic relationships and communicate a shared vision to engage stakeholders in achieving enterprise goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment that requires flexibility and the capacity to quickly learn and assimilate information / new skills.
  • Working knowledge of system development life cycle methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
  • Well-honed organizational skills, focus and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • ServiceNow Systems Administrator and ServiceNow Implementation certifications are preferred.

You will be based in Santa Clara, California. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week.

As outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy, there will be variations over periods of time, depending on business need.

The annual base salary range is : $130,000.00 $196,000.00. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.

For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations.

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and / or equity.
