Quality Systems Supervisor
Supervise QA / QC and sanitation programs across the facility. Lead internal and external audit preparation and execution. Train and mentor a team of six lab technicians. Maintain and improve documentation accuracy, compliance, and control. Conduct root cause analysis for micro passing rate issues. Manage and reduce customer complaints through proactive quality measures. Oversee vendor approval processes and incoming material evaluations. Ensure calibration and standardization of chemistry instruments. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve safety scores. Participate in onboarding activities including shadowing, audit support, and internal scoring.
Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Experience maintaining and auditing food safety systems. Ability to manage, create, and audit documentation for legal and regulatory accuracy. Leadership development, communication, and leadership skills.
25 years of supervisory experience in quality, sanitation, or lab environments. Strong lab experience with ability to lead audit preparations. Excellent documentation and communication skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. Familiarity with chemistry standardization and calibration. Experience in document control and legal compliance. Experience in the dairy industry. Familiarity with CIP review processes. Knowledge of FT120 Dairy Analyzer. Knowledge of Quality Systems. Experience managing lab teams.

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
