We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Partner (Non-Tech) to join our team and play a pivotal role in scaling Artera through an exciting growth period. You'll be the go-to expert for attracting world-class healthcare talent, from Sales and Customer Success to Implementation and Support.
You bring proven success recruiting in the Healthcare / Health Tech industry , ideally within a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You know how to balance the art of Talent Acquisition : sourcing with creativity, engaging with authenticity, and closing with confidence. Whether you've honed your craft in-house or at an agency, you thrive on building trusted partnerships with hiring managers while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Reporting directly to the VP of People, you’ll partner closely with leadership to help shape our talent strategy, share market insights, and ensure our hiring practices grow alongside the needs of the business.

Salary : $90,000 - $130,000 a year. Compensation is based on experience and geographic tier, with equity and benefits included.
OUR APPROACH TO WORK LOCATION
Artera has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, and Philadelphia (Wayne), PA, with team members typically in the office three days a week. Specific frequency varies by team, manager expectations, and role responsibilities.
We are building geographically concentrated teams in several metropolitan areas as Hiring Hubs and are currently hiring remote candidates located within the following hubs :
This hub-based model helps us cultivate local connections and team cohesion in a distributed environment.
To be eligible for employment at Artera, candidates must reside in one of our hybrid office cities or designated hiring hubs. Some roles may specify location preferences when relevant.
As hubs grow, we may establish local offices to enhance in-person collaboration. If an office opens in your area, we anticipate a hybrid model with attendance expectations developed thoughtfully to be fair and practical for the local team.
