Sous Chef Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a fine-dining restaurant
- Ability to lead, coach, and develop their team
- Passion for cooking
Sous Chef Responsibilities :
- Work in collaboration with the Executive Chef on all things BOH-related
- Maintain food and labor costs
- Ensures food quality of all products and menu items from purchasing, receiving, storage, preparation, execution, and service
