We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and coordination. As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will assist in the creation and execution of various corporate events, conferences, and social gatherings.

Job : On site

Location : Los Angeles, CA

Pay Range : $900 - $1150 per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing events from conception to completion.
• Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and transportation.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Help manage event budgets and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial guidelines.
• Prepare and distribute promotional materials for events to attract attendees.
• Assist with on-site event management, including setup, registration, and troubleshooting.
