Job Title : Team Leader For The Arrival Team Associates

Team leader for the Arrival Team Associates, responsible for pre-registration, registration, and admission functions.

What you will do :

• Assist management in leading associates in daily activities as follows :
• Greet patients at specific service areas and check a pre-registered patient into the registration system, verifying demographic information, and collecting patient liability
• Collect, process, and reconcile patient liability when indicated
• If the patient has not been pre-registered, complete patient registration process following department procedures
• Work with multiple department / hospital and web-based systems
