Job description

Twin City Staffing is seeking an energetic and goal-driven sales / business development professional to join a growing team in Saint Paul, MN. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to launch or advance their sales career in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Location : Saint Paul, MN

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)

Hours : Monday - Friday, 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Duties of the sales / business development position :

  • Generate and qualify new business leads through phone outreach and online research
  • Educate potential clients on service offerings and identify opportunities that meet their needs
  • Schedule meetings and product education sessions with sales representatives
  • Manage and track all interactions and opportunities through CRM software
  • Collaborate with field sales staff to support customer onboarding and retention
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving market conditions
  • Goal Expectation : Make approximately 125 calls and schedule 5 educational meetings per week
  • Requirements of the sales / business development position :

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience
  • 0-2 years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
  • Knowledge of the healthcare or medical device industry is helpful but not required
