Overview
Volara Management is seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing & Artist Project Manager to lead innovative campaigns for our artists while overseeing the logistical and operational aspects of their careers.
This role combines high-level marketing leadership with project management, requiring exceptional organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple complex initiatives across music releases, touring, and brand development.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing creative vision with operational excellence in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with artists’ goals, driving growth, visibility, and engagement across all channels.
- Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital advertising, social media, email, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
- Collaborate with artists and their management teams to craft tailored marketing plans that reflect each artist’s unique brand and objectives.
- Partner with creative teams to deliver high-quality promotional materials (album artwork, videos, digital assets, etc.).
- Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and refine strategies to maximize ROI and audience impact.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging platforms, and innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Provide clear, regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
Project & Artist Management Support
Coordinate project timelines across releases, promotions, touring, and other key artist initiatives.Manage complex international schedules, including promo appearances, meetings, and high-volume conference calls across multiple time zones.Oversee all travel logistics (flights, visas, accommodations, itineraries) to support seamless execution of campaigns and tours.Act as the central point of communication with external partners (labels, publishers, agents, lawyers, and business managers).Maintain professional, efficient, and confidential communication between artists, management, and third parties.Anticipate operational needs, resolve issues proactively, and ensure that campaigns and projects stay on track.Requirements
5 years of experience in music marketing, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful campaigns.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage both strategic marketing initiatives and logistical execution.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working directly with artists, management, and external partners.Creative thinker with analytical skills and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Frequent travel is a critical part of the role and will be expectedHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity when handling sensitive information.#J-18808-Ljbffr
