Overview Compensation : $, - $, (based on experience and credentials) with a variable compensation package The Investment Program Manager oversees the development, productivity, supervision, and performance of the Investment Services business line at Suncoast Trust & Investment Services.
This individual directs, coaches, mentors, and provides leadership to a team of advisors, achieving optimal productivity and performance.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, working collaboratively with all lines of business partners, effectively interacting with broker-dealers and product providers, and ensuring compliance and operation procedures are implemented.

Responsibilities Recruit advisors to maintain full staffing for budgeted productivity and performance goals Onboard new hires Ensure the member client experience is superior by coaching to a consistent planning process and approach Assist with the development of the annual department budget, including revenues from the sale of non-deposit investments Develop effective marketing, production, and promotional strategies to enhance member penetration and improve department efficiencies Execute projects directly or indirectly related to the program Develop and implement productivity expectations and goals Set goals and objectives for staff, and hold them accountable for meeting goals and compliance requirements Coach, guide, and mentor staff who are not meeting expectation Provide technical assistance, sales ideas, profiling conversation skills, and training on technology systems and products Monitor all team member's productivity and activity reports proactively Educate staff on compliance regulations and ensure operational procedures are implemented Participate in management team meetings and projects by providing strategic ideas for program improvements and growth opportunities Collaborate with business partners to educate and promote awareness of program capabilities and value proposition Foster a positive and engaging work environment for each team member by promoting skills development, coaching for improvement and growth, inspiring others, ensuring positive employee morale, cultivating respect and dignity, and building trust between staff and management Ensure members of the team are actively involved in the development of an annual production plan Interact frequently with broker-dealer compliance to ensure recommendations and business practices are in line with applicable securities rules and regulations Review program reports for accuracy, anomalies, trends, etc.
Document program policies, guidelines, and procedures Prepare and conduct presentations at staff meetings to communicate policy updates, guideline and procedural changes, compliance items, operational items, etc Ensure direct reports are compliant with all laws, rules, regulations, policies & procedures, governance, and guidelines from regulatory bodies, state and federal agencies and entities, Suncoast Credit Union, the broker-dealer and affiliated insurance agency, and vendors Maintain knowledge and understanding of current trends, laws, and issues affecting the area of expertise Attend educational events to increase professional knowledge Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or insurance (A comparable combination of work experience and training may be substituted for education requirements) 10+ years of experience in the investment or insurance industry 3+ years of direct supervisory or management experience FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 65 (or 66) required Florida 2-14 or 2-15 insurance required Financial industry advanced designation or certification preferred Experience with financial planning, sales, processes, products, and coaching the development of staff Strong knowledge and understanding of the wealth management industry (securities, insurance, compliance, broker-dealer) Strong knowledge of investment, insurance, and advice-driven solutions Strong organization, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage areas of responsibility and attain goals Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality Ability to exercise logical reasoning and independent discretion in all areas of responsibility Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems Ability to work hours outside of normal business hours Travel required (up to 50%)
