Schedule : Monday – Friday, 9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST (40 hours per week)

Par rate- 30-$34 / hr on W2 (without benefits)

12 months contract(extendable)

Job Description

The Export Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting export order management and compliance activities while ensuring adherence to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and process sales orders while monitoring order hold and error handling reports.
• Address affiliate requirements / requests (e.g., specific lot / dating) in line with SOPs, policies, and compliance standards (SOX, trade compliance, FDA, DEA).
• Respond to inquiry / service requests such as order status, stock availability, and documentation requests, ensuring closed-loop fulfillment.
• Provide export documentation in advance of shipment arrival to prevent customs clearance delays.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve import / export issues.
• Maintain accurate records in compliance with GxP, SOX, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate action plans and resolutions to affiliates and leadership, leveraging data to research and resolve exceptions promptly.
• Support process improvements, special projects, and provide clear updates to key partners.
• Manage issues / disputes including claims, returns authorization, and certificate of destruction processing through the Export EGC database.
• Assist with recall activities and system testing as required.
• Ensure compliance with service level agreements and order accuracy for reporting purposes.
• Complete mandatory compliance training by assigned deadlines.
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures in the relevant Document Management System.
• May be required to work non-standard hours based on global affiliate needs and perform additional assignments as necessary.
