Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Medical Scheduler located in Savannah, GA. The Medical Scheduler will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, managing communication with patients via phone and text, and ensuring accurate medical records. This role involves a combination of in-office work and some remote work flexibility. The ideal candidate will handle patient inquiries, provide excellent customer service, and have knowledge of medical terminology.

Qualifications

• Appointment Scheduling and Medical Terminology skills
• Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Customer Service experience
• Proficiency in using scheduling software
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Previous experience in a medical office is a plus, pediatric therapy office is a PLUS+.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical administration is a plus
