Oracle Recruiting Consultant

A company is looking for a Principal Consultant in Client Services specializing in Oracle HCM Recruiting / Onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and enhance relationships with mid to large clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention

Align client practices with HCM Cloud methods and troubleshoot issues to propose best practice solutions

Configure Oracle Cloud to meet client requirements and lead testing and implementation of enhancements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration or Engineering

5 - 10 years of Client Services experience, with module-specific expertise in Recruiting / Onboarding

Experience with 3 full life cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations

Oracle certification in Recruiting Cloud preferred

Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex solutions independently
