MAINTENANCE PLANNER SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities :

• Develop PMs for critical equipment in the facility- train team members on how to properly conduct PM work.
• Ensure spare parts and inventory are stocked for critical equipment
• Work with vendors mechanics and maintenance supervisors daily to ensure proper parts are ordered in a timely manner for equipment
• Build parts kits for team members
• Compare vendors for cost savings
• Maintain the SAP database for accurate equipment
• Cleaning and organizing as directed for the maintenance department
• Ability to drive pay loader skid loader and yard equipment as needed or required
• Track and document that team members are receiving the required ti me in the training program.
• Give feedback to supervisors and plant engineer if team members are not meeting requirements.
• Provide timely assistance to tem members on progression through training.
• Spend time in plant verifying team members hands-on training and comprehension.
• Continual development of training curriculum specific to plant needs.
• Other duties as assigned
