As a Staff Accountant , you will have the opportunity to be a part of Engrain’s growth and dynamic environment. You will continue supporting full-cycle accounts payable while expanding your responsibilities in the areas of month-end close and financial operations. You’ll play a key role in supporting a fast-paced finance team, contributing to both operational accuracy and strategic improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow with the company.
What you'll do...
Accounts Payable & Expense Management
- Maintain vendor records and ensure proper documentation (W-9s, 1099s) in Airbase
- Enter and code vendor invoices, ensuring appropriate approval workflows
- Process weekly vendor payments and employee reimbursements
- Reconcile and process corporate credit card statements in compliance with policy
- Monitor AP policies and procedures, identifying and implementing process improvements
Accounting & Financial Operations
Download and reconcile monthly bank activityPrepare and manage prepaid expense schedules for the close processTrack and record fixed assets and depreciation as part of month-end closeSupport the preparation and processing of customer refundsAssist with customer renewals, including early renewal coordinationHandle finance-related cases in Salesforce, ensuring timely resolutionParticipate in ad hoc reporting, special projects, and audit supportWhat you offer us...

Salary Disclosure for Colorado : annual salary of $55,000 - $75,000 .
