Position Summary

The Marketing Manager is responsible for increasing brand visibility and customer engagement by leading community-focused marketing initiatives. This includes hosting events, managing local activations, and building strong relationships with schools, businesses, and community organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, chambers of commerce, schools, and nonprofits.

Host and coordinate local market events; such as taco giveaways, pop-ups, and festivals to drive visibility and brand awareness.

Represent Rusty Taco at community functions and networking events.

Distribute promotional materials and develop local marketing activations.

Partner with store leadership to create neighborhood-focused campaigns that increase traffic and loyalty.

Track marketing activities and evaluate ROI.

Qualifications

1-2+ years of marketing, community engagement, or events experience (restaurant / hospitality a plus).

Strong networking, relationship-building, and public speaking skills.

Creative thinker with ability to design and execute unique marketing activations.

Self-starter with entrepreneurial drive and hands-on attitude.

Flexible schedule, with ability to attend evening / weekend events.

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Compensation & Perks

Base Salary : $50,000 / year
