The Role

We are seeking a strategic and visionary VP of Product to lead our Product Management function. This leader will be responsible for evolving and accelerating a multi-year product vision that drives business growth, deepens client value, and strengthens Addepar's position in the fintech ecosystem. Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, you will be a critical member of the R&D leadership team and a key thought partner to executives across the company.

The role will oversee product teams across multiple domains, including investment data, reporting, workflows, advisor tools, platform infrastructure, and new product innovation. You will ensure that the organization is structured for scale, processes are built for clarity and execution, and product strategy is deeply aligned with business outcomes.

The current range for this role is $250,000 - $350,000 (base salary) + bonus + equity + benefits.

• Vision & Strategy : Continuously evolve a compelling multi-year product vision aligned with Addepar's mission and growth strategy.
• Drive Product Excellence : Establish scalable processes for product planning, roadmapping, and metrics-driven execution.
• Own the Product Lifecycle : Manage products from concept to MVP to scaled solution, driving toward product-market fit with rigor and agility.

Innovation : Foster a culture of continuous innovation by driving ideation from initial concept through MVP and onto scalable solutions
