Our client, a leading organization in the technology and corporate event management industry, is seeking a Events Coordinator 4 to join their team. As a Events Coordinator 4, you will be part of the Event Planning Department supporting in-person workshops and logistical operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.

What's the Job?

• Plan and coordinate all logistical aspects of multi-day workshops, including scheduling, travel, and timeline management.
• Secure and prepare event spaces, reserve conference rooms or external venues, and arrange room layouts, signage, and A / V equipment setup.
• Manage relationships and contracts with external vendors such as caterers, hotels, and supply providers to ensure timely service delivery.
• Oversee catering arrangements, including menu selection, dietary accommodations, and on-site food and beverage setup.
• Serve as the on-site point of contact during workshops, handling last-minute needs and coordinating with facility staff for guest access and security.
