Digital Experience Team Manager
The manager of the Digital Experience Team will lead, mentor, and inspire a highly-skilled, high-performing team specializing in website development in an enterprise WordPress platform. The team also provides guidance around digital standards, usability, mobile-first development, and accessibility. This leader will ensure the team successfully supports other IT groups and agencies by driving adoption of best practices across the WordPress environment and by leveraging the Utah Design System.
The manager will also collaborate with internal purchasing and account management teams to provide administrative support for a suite of enterprise-level products. Serving as the primary internal point of contact, the manager will define administration processes, establish security protocols, and oversee user management.
This role requires a leader who leads by example, is willing to actively listen, and is dedicated to fostering a supportive culture where team members feel their voice matters.

This position is currently a hybrid of both in-office (3 days a week required in office and any mandatory in-office meetings) and remote work days (work must be performed in Utah). The office is located at the Taylorsville State Office Building, 4315 S 2700 W, Taylorsville, UT.
The Websites and Digital Experience (DXP) Team operates as an enterprise service and standards advisor within the State of Utah, Division of Technology Services.
