Client Overview : Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a HR Generalist to join their team.

Role Overview : The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, skilled in conflict resolution, passionate about creating a positive employee experience, and comfortable managing multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment for USA and Canada.

HR Generalist Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues and workplace concerns.
• Conduct investigations and support conflict resolution efforts in line with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Partner with managers and employees to ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures.
• Support the development of a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment.
• Gather and analyze employee relations data and help to identify trends.
• Maintain compliance and understanding with federal and state regulations concerning employment practices.
• Conduct exit interviews of voluntary terminations; analyze trends and recommend solutions.
• Produce reporting on exit interviews, hotline calls, and corrective action documents.
• Handle confidential information appropriately and escalate issues as needed.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job postings.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for both skills and culture.
• Manage the full cycle recruiting process, from candidate engagement through onboarding.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and ensure compliance with recruitment policies.
• Assist with HR-related administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and coordinating trainings. Support HR onboarding, process background checks, conduct new hire touch bases, and new leader assimilations.
• Maintain and update organizational charts, open to hire reports, and manage special requests as it relates to HR reporting / organizational charts.
• Support company-wide HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, wellness events, and performance reviews.
