Job Description :

The Hoover Institution seeks a marketing-savvy, data-driven Performance Analyst to join our Marketing and Communications team. This role is essential to measuring and optimizing campaign effectiveness across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate brings hands-on marketing experience, understands the role of storytelling in driving engagement, and can translate complex data into actionable insights using HubSpot, Google Analytics (GA4), and Looker Studio.

You'll lead campaign tracking and performance analysis, support data-informed decision-making, and help refine targeting, content strategy, and reporting. Candidates should be skilled in data cleaning, mining, visualization, and automation, with a strong grasp of marketing fundamentals.
