McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for MLT for its Ames, Story City and Nevada offices. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include : performing laboratory tests classified under CLIA-88, drawing blood, microscope interpretation, specimen collection.

This is a float lab tech for Ames clinic locations, Story City and Nevada Family Practice .

Education

• Associate degree in medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution and / or successful completion of a recognized course of study in Clinical Laboratory Technology.

Certification / License

Days : Monday - Friday.

Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00PM Monday - Friday (may vary)

Experience

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
