As a Business Engagement Lead, you'll be a trusted advisor who translates business signals into strategic compliance actionsdriving accountability, enabling readiness, and embedding a culture of compliance-by-design across MCAPS. The Business Engagement Lead within TrIP is responsible for proactively partnering with business units across MCAPS to identify early signals of compliance risk, translate business insights into actionable compliance strategies, and foster a culture of compliance-by-design. This role is pivotal in embedding accountability and reinforcing first-line ownership of risk across the organization.

Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
