This role will support the Investor Relations team with various aspects of existing institutional investor relationship management. Optionality to support and gain exposure to other adjacent departments : Capital Raising and Portfolio Management. Ideal position for candidate with 2-3 years of prior experience in Real Estate Capital Markets, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Real Estate. Opportunity to gain a deep understanding of the U.S. multifamily landscape, build hands-on experience with large institutional private equity real estate funds, and work closely with influential senior leaders at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

Partner internally to drive completion of ad hoc quantitative and qualitative requests from investors, completion of recurring investor materials (i.e. quarterly templates and reports), and management of Bell Partner's Investor Portal

Support creation of PowerPoint presentations and organization / logistics around various investor meetings and tours including support for the Bell Partners Annual Investor Meeting

Maintain organized record of correspondence with investors and materials

Opportunity to support creation of new venture fundraising materials including PPM, DDQ, Pitchbook, and Fund Financial Model

Work directly with established team and work closely with Bell Partners' Senior Management team on high visibility investor facing projects

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or similar

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite : Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Familiarity with Juniper Square, Workiva, and Salesforce software preferred

Prior full-time work experience in Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, or Commercial Real Estate

Strong work ethic, positive / "self-starter" attitude, agile learning ability, adaptability to various and evolving team needs, strong organization and time management skills

Strong interpersonal, professional, and cross-functional communication skills
