Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate Attorney located in White Plains, NY. The Senior Associate Attorney will be responsible for handling high-net-worth family law and matrimonial litigation cases, providing exceptional legal advice, conducting thorough legal research, and developing strategic approaches for complex financial issues. The role includes negotiating settlements, representing clients in court, and maintaining high standards of client communication and service.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Divorce and Family Law Litigation and handling high-net-worth divorce cases
• Ability to conduct in-depth Research
• Excellent Negotiation skills
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admitted to practice law in the state of New York
• Proven experience in family law and matrimonial litigation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site as part of a team
