Key Responsibilities
Provide effective communication regarding laboratory inquiries to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction
Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries via various communication methods
Document all communication accurately and maintain up-to-date knowledge of department procedures and regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED; call center and / or clinical experience preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and human anatomy; willingness to complete relevant courses
Ability to perform basic math operations and use Microsoft Office products
Strong understanding of Laboratory Information System (LIS) functions
No certification or licenses needed
