Job Title : Remote Customer Care Specialist

Hourly Pay : $19 - $25 / hour

Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat

• Assist with order processing, account updates, and explaining service features
• Resolve customer complaints professionally, patiently, and empathetically
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure efficient service delivery

Qualifications :

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using customer service tools and software

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Previous customer service experience is a plus
