Who You Are :

We are seeking a proactive, dedicated, and experienced Customer Success Executive to join the RiskRelease team to ensure the success and satisfaction of our clients and their residents in the multifamily real estate sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, account management, or client services within the software industry, and a deep understanding of the multifamily market. This individual will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through onboarding and product adoption, and addressing their needs to foster long-term success and loyalty.

What You’ll Do :

Develop a deep understanding of RiskRelease’s solutions and how they meet the needs of multifamily owners, operators, and property management companies.

Manage a portfolio of clients and serve as their primary point of contact, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, that their expectations are exceeded and nurturing long-lasting relationships.

Proactively identify clients' needs, goals, and potential roadblocks, and develop tailored success plans to help them maximize the value of our software solutions.

Collaborate with the sales team to onboard new clients smoothly and efficiently, providing training and guidance as needed.

Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly, escalating to the appropriate internal teams when necessary.

Conduct regular check-ins, product trainings, and Q&A sessions to support clients in their ongoing use and understanding of our software.

Act as the customer advocate by collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development and sales, to share client feedback and insights, contributing to product enhancements and the overall customer experience.

Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, success metrics, and account health in the CRM system.

Continuously develop industry knowledge and customer success best practices to maintain a competitive edge and provide exceptional service to clients.

Qualifications :

2+ years of proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services within the software or technology industry. Past property management experience is also desirable for this candidate.

Strong knowledge of the multifamily real estate market and the unique needs of owners, operators, and property management companies.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Experience with CRM systems, (RealPage, Yardi, Entrata, Appfolio, ResMan etc.) customer success platforms, and productivity tools.

Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention.

Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
