Job Description

Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets and timelines, making adjustments as needed to stay on track. Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address concerns. Evaluate project performance and implement improvements for future projects. Maintain accurate documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals efficiently.
