Your Key Responsibilities

As an HVAC Estimator and Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role by :

• Project Assessment : Carefully analyzing project requirements, collaborating with sales teams and Project Managers, and delivering precise estimates for HVAC projects, including time and cost considerations.
• Project Diversity : Applying your expertise to a variety of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to showcase your adaptability in HVAC estimating and project management.
• Meticulous Estimation : Crafting detailed project cost estimates, reviewing project plans and specifications, researching products and materials, interpreting blueprints, evaluating bids, and creating compelling proposals.
• Complex Project Management : Handling projects of varying complexities with accuracy and attention to detail in your estimates.
• Industry Awareness : Staying updated on the latest industry trends and innovations to remain competitive in this ever-evolving field.
• Effective Communication : Collaborating seamlessly with customers, sales teams, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
• Regulatory Compliance : Understanding energy codes and specifications that may impact each project, ensuring adherence to all relevant regulations.

Your Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have :

• 5+ Years of HVAC Estimating / Project Management Experience : A strong foundation in HVAC estimating and project management is essential.
• Diverse Project Portfolio : Experience with a range of project types, including Commercial and Industrial, to demonstrate adaptability.
• Estimation Expertise : Proficiency in estimating HVAC project costs, crafting cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, researching materials, reading blueprints, evaluating bids, and preparing proposals.
• Industry Awareness : Keeping up-to-date with current industry trends to remain competitive.
• Effective Communication Skills : Strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration.
• Code and Specification Knowledge : Familiarity with energy codes and project specifications.
• Organizational Skills : Maintaining well-organized records of completed estimates.
