Position Overview

We are looking for a Creative Digital Strategy Lead to define and lead Nikki Beach’s online voice and presence. This role blends creative vision with strategic oversight of social and digital channels. You will shape how our brand communicates globally, from trend-driven campaigns to long-term digital storytelling, ensuring Nikki Beach remains an industry leader in lifestyle and hospitality.

The Creative Digital Strategy Lead will oversee a small but dynamic team of coordinators and creative contributors, guiding the daily content flow while setting the long-term creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

Concept, design, and deliver digital campaigns and creative promotions that bring the Nikki Beach experience to life.

Develop and evolve strategies across platforms, ensuring alignment with Nikki Beach’s voice, values, and lifestyle positioning.

Lead and mentor social media coordinators and a creative pod, fostering collaboration and innovative output.

Work closely with content creators, graphic designers, and marketing teams to deliver engaging cross-channel campaigns.

Stay on top of platform trends, digital culture, and audience behaviours, adapting them in a creative, brand-relevant way.

Oversee daily content publishing and quality, while shaping long-term creative direction and storytelling pillars.

Ensure Nikki Beach’s digital storytelling is consistent, bold, and globally recognizable.

Translate analytics into actionable insights, using performance data to inspire sharper storytelling and more impactful campaigns.

Experiment with emerging platforms, tools, and formats (AI, AR / VR, interactive content) to keep Nikki Beach ahead of the curve.

Curate and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and cultural figures that amplify the brand’s lifestyle positioning.

Build authentic conversations with followers and guests across social channels, turning engagement into brand advocacy.

Establish clear digital guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency across regions, teams, and agencies.

Monitor online conversations and respond quickly with a brand-right approach to protect and strengthen Nikki Beach’s image.

Partner with PR, Events, and F&B teams to create seamless 360°ree; campaigns that connect on-site experiences with digital storytelling.

Tailor global campaigns for regional markets, balancing brand consistency with local cultural relevance.

Qualities We’re Looking For

5-7 years’ experience in creative, social media, or digital strategy (hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands preferred).

Strong creative vision and storytelling skills with proven ability to translate ideas into impactful campaigns.

Experience managing small creative teams or pods with cross-functional collaboration.

Deep understanding of digital platforms, content formats, and emerging trends.

Passion for hospitality, culture, and lifestyle storytelling.

Strategic thinker who can balance day-to-day execution with long-term direction.
