Senior Product Manager, Digital Experiences
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive product innovation for our Issuer Digital Products business. You will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, execution, and optimization for Visa's new and existing digital solutions aimed at issuers. This role requires a deep understanding of the payments industry, a strong product management background, and exceptional leadership skills. This role is based in San Francisco and will report to the Head of Product for Issuing Solutions Digital Business.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Create a compelling and forward-thinking product vision that aligns with Visa's overall business strategy and goals
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including ideation, development, testing, and commercialization
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery
- Continuously monitor and optimize product performance post-launch to guide product innovation and development
- Establish and manage a prioritized product backlog based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business priorities
- Perform in-depth market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and regulatory requirements
- Continuously monitor competitor offerings and industry developments to ensure Visa's products remain competitive and innovative
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including leadership, product teams, and other functional areas
- Engage with key clients and partners to understand their needs / expectations and secure their alignment
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Basic Qualifications
8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 159,100 to 230,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
