Project Management Role
Responsibilities :
- Plan and manage internal projects from kickoff to delivery
- Create timelines, tasks, and milestones in ClickUp
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work with department heads to align on goals, deliverables, and expectationsCoordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and momentumProcess Improvement :
Identify inefficiencies and lead efforts to improve workflowsHelp roll out standardized project management practices across departmentsReporting & Documentation :
Maintain clean and updated documentation (status reports, risk logs, post-project summaries)Provide timely updates to the Head of PMO and highlight any blockers or winsResource Management :
Assist in coordinating internal resources and timelinesMonitor budgets to help ensure cost-effective project deliveryRequirements :
3-5 years experience in project management (startup, agency, or internal ops preferred)Strong familiarity with ClickUp (must-have)Excellent organizational and time-management skillsClear communicator with solid stakeholder management experienceProactive, solutions-focused, and detail-orientedComfortable working remotely and independentlyBachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
