Looking for a supervisor that has experience with Quality ISO, continuous improvement, and KPIs.

This position is responsible for at least two individuals. The supervisor has direct responsibility for the assembly department and will assist with the shipping / receiving department.

This position is responsible for the execution of operational plans and strategies. Management support is typically readily accessible and utilized.

This position is responsible for managing employee relations to include hiring and / or termination of employees, training, coaching and counseling, oversight of production and / or processes.

The position requires excellent focus, high energy and enthusiasm, forward thinking, strong analytical capability, excellent problem solving, the ability to manage change, solid execution and a commitment to help the company meet financial objectives and exceed customer expectations.

This position also requires independent decision-making utilizing procedures and guidelines.

This is a first shift opportunity with hours 7 AM to 3 : 45 PM M-F

• Manage activities, processes and strategic plans of the company that support the strategic vision, marketing strategies, and financial objectives.

• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and proven ability to drive and implement process improvements.
• Utilize computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and other software applications including data entry and database management.

• Drive results and continuous improvement in the organization.
• High School diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of experience, which includes leadership responsibility.

Company Description

Shoot primers and top coats to Mil specs on multiple surface types

Mix paints per manufactures specs

Preparation of parts prior to painting including masking, sanding, and cleaning

Complete workflow documentation thoroughly and properly as required

Inspection : Knowledge of the expected response and appearance of the material being painted

Clean and repair paint equipment

Touch-up parts as needed

Wear proper safety equipment (PPE) and follow safety procedures at all times

Keep work area clean

Some overtime may be required

Ability to regularly and frequently lift 50 pounds

Will be exposed to constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pushing, pulling, lifting, moving, carrying light and heavy loads, and climbing stairs and ladders.

Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate small power tools and other equipment
