Position Title : Forklift Operator

Location : Chino CA

Position Overview :

The Forklift Operator primarily supports warehouse operations. Responsibilities include safely operating forklift equipment to move, load, and unload materials while complying with safety regulations. A strong team spirit, reliability, and a positive attitude are essential to ensure smooth and safe warehouse workflows.

Compensation :

Hourly rate : $20 - $22, full-time

Benefits : 401k, health, dental, and vision insurance, paid annual leave, paid sick leave, statutory holidays.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate forklifts to transport goods within the warehouse and loading docks

Load and unload shipments accurately and efficiently

Stack and organize inventory in designated areas to optimize storage space

Follow all company policies and workplace safety standards

Collaborate with warehouse staff to support overall operational efficiency

Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications :

Age under 50 preferred

Demonstrated responsibility, good teamwork skills, and a positive work attitude

Ability to follow scheduling arrangements and safety protocols

Professional Skills & Experience :

Proficient in safe operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment

Basic mechanical knowledge for identifying equipment issues

Familiarity with warehouse safety regulations and procedures

Project Management & Communication Skills :

Ability to follow instructions and report operational concerns promptly

Team-oriented with a cooperative attitude

Language Skills :

Mandarin proficiency preferred

Additional Requirements :

Comfortable working in variable warehouse environmental conditions

Legally authorized to work in the United States

Willingness to complete any required training or certification renewals
