Job Summary:
As a Personal Care Assistant, you will provide safety and support to clients who need a helping hand. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing mobility assistance
Preparing meals
Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and grooming
Reminding clients to take medication
Running errands and performing light housekeeping tasks
Providing companionship and social interaction
Transporting clients to appointments
Pay and Benefits:
As a valued member of our team, you will receive:
Competitive pay ($19-$23.00 an hour, based on type of shift)
Flexible schedule (you select shifts to fit your schedule - day, night, weekend, long or short shifts, regular or fill-ins only)
Weekly paychecks
Paid mileage when transporting clients
Overtime pay for long shifts and holidays
Paid sick time
Paid annual training

Mobile clock in/out
Ongoing Training and Development:
We are committed to your success and ongoing training and development. You will have access to:
Annual Training available online or in the office
Support from local Care Coordinators - who will introduce you personally to each new client and provide an overview of their needs
Opportunities for optional additional training if you wish to expand the types of clients you can serve
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
You are legally authorized to work in the United States.
You have a valid drivers license.
You have valid vehicle insurance.
You are willing to register as a Home Care Aide as required by the state of California - we can help with the process
You currently live in or near Marin, Sonoma, or Napa counties
