A company is looking for a Stay Smart Coach to support automotive dealerships in optimizing their service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver proactive coaching and strategic support to service departments using the Stay Smart coaching methodology
Train service and fixed ops leadership teams on effective utilization of software tools to track performance
Maintain detailed notes in CRM systems to track coaching progress and collaborate with Sales and Product teams
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in automotive Fixed Operations, with previous service manager experience preferred
Deep understanding of dealership service operations and performance metrics
Strong analytical mindset with experience in presenting data-driven insights
Proven ability to train and influence service managers and dealership leadership
Experience using CRM and coaching tools to manage client interactions
