Job Description :
A Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat. Will address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services. This candidate will have excellent communication skills, be empathetic, and possess a strong desire to assist customers.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Follow up on customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :
2+ years of customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.Customer orientation and ability to adapt / respond to different types of characters.Technical Requirements :
