Job Description
- AWS application support Troubleshooting applications hosted in AWS on EKS and EC2.
- Java Application Support Advanced troubleshooting including thread and heap analysis, understanding complex multi-application environments.
- Splunk or other log analytics tool Developing adhoc queries for application troubleshooting, articulating search parameters and commands.
- APM tools (Datadog, AppDynamics, DynaTrace, New Relic) Monitoring and troubleshooting application health and performance.
- Application / Database interaction Understanding JDBC, connection pooling, and troubleshooting Oracle and MongoDB databases.
- Automation Creating and maintaining pipelines with Gitlab and Jenkins.
- Linux knowledge Supporting applications in Linux, shell scripting, OS tuning, and troubleshooting.
