Role Description

The Director of Nursing (DON) for Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care (PPEC) is responsible for overseeing the nursing services and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, family-centered care to pediatric patients. This role covers multiple GenCare Kids PPEC centers and requires the DON to travel between centers located in Kissimmee, FL (34744), Haines City, FL (33844), and Melbourne, FL (32940) .

You will manage nursing staff, coordinate with healthcare providers, and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and standards across all assigned sites. This position demands strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a compassionate approach to pediatric care in a dynamic, multi-site environment.
