Location : Austin, Texas (On-site but with flexible hours and ability to work from home one-ish days / week)

Reports To : President, Digital Products

Team Size : ~90 employees mostly in Austin, TX and Des Moines, IA

About the Role

We’re looking for a Head of Human Resources to lead the people function at Austin Capital Bank and shape the next chapter of our growth. This role is both strategic and hands-on , perfect for an HR leader who wants to make a tangible impact on culture, talent, and organizational excellence.

You’ll oversee all aspects of the employee experience—from recruiting and onboarding to development, compensation, and compliance—while cultivating a workplace where every team member can prosper and deliver maximum value and impact.
