Kelly Government Solutions is seeking MD Locum Tenens Physicians who are willing to conduct one-time exams for Veterans seeking a new or adjusted disability rating in the United States of America.

There will be travel involved with this opportunity. Veterans are in need of assistance for their service-connected disability exams and we are searching for providers who are looking for supplemental income and to help our nation's service men and women.

Compensation : $100+ / hr on an independent 1099 contract basis with fees paid directly to you.

Schedule : 2-5 days per week commitment (M-F, 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm) - you do not have to work each week but can if you so desire.

To prevent burnout, we recommend you take one week off between each working week.

Overview

Due to the PACT Act, Gulf War Syndrome, Agent Orange and more, that have recently been added to the needs of veteran exams, the VA is five years behind on completing exams for veterans.

In this role you’ll be working to support disabled and recently separated U.S. Veterans. This role will give you an opportunity to conduct disability assessments on a one-time exam, non-treatment basis.

Responsibilities :

• Perform C&P Exams : there is no treatment required as this exam will include only a general examination, and medical record review if requested on the initial VA request.
• Travel is required with this opportunity : all authorized travel and accommodation costs will be reimbursed to you.
• Office provided for exams

Qualifications :

• An active US state medical license in good standing and free of significant sanctions or malpractice claims
• Active Malpractice Insurance
• Preferred LLC Business entity
