Vice President of Data Platforms

A company is looking for a Vice President of Data & ML Platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a global team of data engineers and machine learning platform professionals

Oversee execution of large-scale data platform development and machine learning system projects

Develop and implement a comprehensive data strategy aligned with business objectives

Required Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of data warehousing, governance, and enterprise data flow

Deep expertise in data engineering and leadership of large teams

Ability to create data as a product utilizing AI Data Technologies, preferably on Google Cloud Platform

Strong knowledge of microservices and high-throughput architectural patterns

Experience with the data science lifecycle and familiarity with machine learning algorithms and technologies
