Head of Design (Remote - US)

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Design to lead and inspire a dynamic team of product designers. In this role, you will define the design strategy, drive innovative solutions, and ensure seamless, customer-centered experiences across digital products. You will collaborate closely with Product and Engineering leadership to align design initiatives with business goals, foster efficiency, and create impactful outcomes. Accountabilities :

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Product Designers, fostering a culture of curiosity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Define and execute the overall design strategy to meet customer needs and business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring user-centered problem-solving, ideation, and product development.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize initiatives, establish timelines, and achieve measurable impact.
• Develop and maintain a scalable design system to enhance usability, maintain brand consistency, and support product innovation.
• Advocate for design excellence across all touchpoints while balancing business goals with customer delight.
• Utilize data-driven insights and user research to inform decisions and validate product direction.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, including the application of generative AI in research and design.
