Overview

Architectural Designer — Yeomans Work Architecture, Sarasota, FL.

Responsibilities

Architectural and cabinetry design
Building and zoning code research
Interior design collaboration
Architectural model creation
Field measurements of existing structures

Key Duties

Designing cabinetry using ArchiCAD (v27+) for BIM

Utilizing Enscape for rendering

Producing architectural models with laser cutters

Configuring cabinetry designs via the Cabico CoCreator platform

Maintaining a database of cabinet parts and samples

Translating architectural / construction details for Spanish-speaking job sites

Documenting project sites through photography

Managing social media content for architecture and cabinetry projects (planning, writing, graphics)

Documenting internal processes on the project management platform

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture (minimum)

Minimum 12 months of professional architectural experience

Proficiency in building / zoning codes

Expertise in architectural and cabinetry design

Advanced proficiency in ArchiCAD (BIM) and Enscape (visualization)

Ability to use AI for research (project management, codes, products, market)

Fluency in Spanish translation for construction / architectural contexts

Familiarity with social media planning for architectural practices

Experience with the Cabico CoCreator cabinetry design platform

Willingness to travel to client sites

Compensation and Application
