Now Hiring : HR Coordinator and Bilingual HR Coordinator Distribution Center
Are you fluent in both English and Spanish and passionate about supporting team members? BJ's is looking for a Sr. HR Coordinator and a bilingual HR Coordinator to join our Distribution Center team! This role plays a key part in onboarding, payroll, and team member engagement ensuring every team member feels welcomed, informed, and supported.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead new hire orientations in English and / or SpanishSupport 30 / 60 / 90 day check-ins and onboarding experienceMaintain badge access and team member documentationEnsure GOLD standard execution across team member spaces and programsProcess weekly payroll and ensure complianceServe as liaison between DC and CSC payroll teamsMaintain communication boards and legal postings in both languagesAssist with temporary-to-permanent conversions and team member engagementQualifications :
12 years of HR experience, preferably in supply chain or warehouseStrong communication skills : bilingual (English / Spanish) preferredProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and WordFamiliarity with HR and payroll systemsAbility to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperaturesFlexibility for weekends, holidays, and overtimeComfortable wearing PPE and lifting up to 25 lbs occasionally
