IBS Program Manager
Provides division level support to the district IBS teams. Ensures growth and sustainability of the IBS program within the division. Performance measures include IBS customer satisfaction, customer retention, site sustainability, IBS contract compliance, IBS inventory management, IBS new distribution, site growth, new site implementation, and APG IBS policy and procedure execution.
Specific responsibilities include ensuring IBS site performance, managing online business reviews, reviewing IBS site inventory, performing RFP research, preparing IBS contracts, managing new location projects, conducting regional non-company vendor management, ensuring company and customer policies and procedures are followed, and training IBS personnel.
Experience, education, and abilities required include a college degree or work equivalent, technical school or college degree, IBS site management, ability to manage people, strong communication skills, detail orientation, project management skills, leadership experience in the automotive after-market industry, working knowledge of the organization's store support services, high character and integrity, personal drive, self-motivation and initiative, ability to work in a fast-paced setting, ability to maintain and protect site facilities, equipment, inventory, and physical assets, willingness and ability to learn, analytical problem solving skills, operating a point-of-sale system and cataloging, proficiency in Microsoft Office, using internet for parts research and sourcing, utilizing POS system (TAMS and HUB) to develop specialized reporting, learning and using customer fleet management software, and flexibility with working hours.
